What a busy day!!

Been a busy day but I had a request for the pattern for my butterfly barefoot sandals so decided to share it here.

I used a G hook and Cro Sheen but it is heavier than the cotton thread.  Sorry I threw the label away so not sure what it is called but it is about the weight of sports weight yarn.

The butterfly is from Talking Crochet.  It is called  Dainty Butterfly.

To add the ties I started row 2 and do the head as instructed in the pattern  and this is where I added the ties, sl st in top of head and  (Ch 60 and sl st back down the chain and sl st in same sl st on top of head) 2X. You now should have both ties done,  continue with butterfly pattern's row 2 until you have finished last butterfly 16 chain wing.  Do NOT fasten off.

To add the toe loop and ties, I finished row 2 with a 36 st  sc foundation chain to make toe loop,sl st  last stitch to 20th sc in foundation chain and fasten off.
